"This small coffeeshop delivers, the coffee here is delicious. Had one of the best on request Finca Milan espresso shot! The melon flavor would burst into your mouth and sinus, amazing sweetness and no bitterness whatsoever. 👌🏻❤️ Bought the same beans and hope they’ll taste just as great after 3 flights. 🙂 Was nicely surprised to see them roasting on the same machine I do too, the Aillio Bullet R1. "Best straight espresso I’ve had in Japan. It was a medium roast Ethiopian pulled as a single shot, which is a lot more difficult to do well than a double. Smooth, complex, not overly acidic or bitter or astringent. Quality beans and technique. Also their espresso cups are a unique oblong shape which makes it easy to hold and feels good in the hand. The people at Sedai Coffee pay a lot attention to the details."
