"We visited during the New Year holiday, so it was extremely crowded and the queues were quite long everywhere. There is an entrance fee of 80 THB, which can be redeemed for drinks inside. The café features beautiful Japanese-style architecture and a serene environment, making it very photogenic and perfect for taking pictures. The green tea tasted very authentic, with a rich and refined flavor, and the strawberry daifuku was excellent — soft, fresh, and truly delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, especially for those who enjoy Japanese aesthetics and desserts."
"Great environment, seats at indoor and outdoor. Salted caramel cheesecake is a surprise for me, salted caramel lava in the middle of the cheesecake. Macha crepe cake is nice too, not very sweet just nice. Macha is best to drink it when it is still warm. Black coconut, is espresso with coconut juice and fresh instead of coconut milk, maybe coconut milk is better, to provide a little bit of saltiness and sweetness and with the bitterness of espresso. It is good to come early in the morning if you would like to avoid the crowds."
"It's a okay cafe. There are too much hype over this cafe. It is not worth the trip if you are not in the area. The cafe is decorated of Japan theme. Coffee, matcha and food are average in Chiangmai. There's a 80thb entry fees per person which can be used on food & drinks purchased in the cafe. It is understandable why they did it."
"A very nice Japanese garden in Chiang Mai with a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere. The beautiful architecture really made for an enjoyable visit. The green tea served was rich and flavorful. The entry fee is 80 Baht, which can be fully redeemed against the cost of a drink. While the prices might be a bit high, the overall experience and vibe are certainly worth it."
"The place is super beautiful, built in a minimalist, Zen style, and they offer great coffee, matcha, and desserts. However, it feels more like a photo studio. Everyone is just posing and taking millions of pictures. It’s extremely overcrowded, hard to find a seat, and despite all the efforts of the architects and designers, the place feels loud, busy, and hectic. Quite the opposite of what I was expecting."
