"This place is phenomenal! I first saw it on YouTube and wanted to try it however the location was a bit inconvenient and the queue was so long that we decided to turn back. Two days later, we went again in the morning to give it another chance. We ordered their signature coffees “Moscow” and “Mrs. Cold” with a slice of carrot cake. I wasn’t expecting that flavours genuinely impressed me. The coffee was incredibly tasty and the milk was unbelievably smooth. I enjoyed every single sip. Everything was just perfect. No wonder they have a world top 3 championship title. The only downside is their alternative milk options are very limited and their signature coffees can only be made with cow’s milk. I understand they don’t want to change the original recipe but it would be great if they developed a version using alternative milk as well. Anyway, Don’t miss this place!! 🫶"

"A good place to have good coffee with a twist, we order a factory white and a white Citrus; both taste great. The place is large with positive feel, clean and tidy. Best of all at, it is situated at the end of the airport rail. Highly recommend ."

"i ordered the salted egg croissant, mrs. cold, and supreme. everything was really good, especially the drinks! the milk in both drinks was super creamy and just delicious the salted egg croissant was okay when i ate it later, but i’m definitely coming back to try the fresh baked ones. it’s a unique flavor for sure though! definitely a cool spot to check out for great coffee and creamy drinks. Kudos to the cashier, he was really nice & helpful"

"I finally caught The Coffee Factory open after a previous missed visit, and I'm glad I did! I tried their signature "Moscow" coffee, which had a unique and refreshing flavor profile—even if it wasn't my all-time favorite. The real standout was the Thai tea-filled croissant: an unexpected and delightful twist that made for a fun, flavorful snack. Overall, my visit was more about enjoying the cozy vibe and trying something different than chasing perfection. If you're in the mood for creative drinks and treats in a welcoming atmosphere, The Coffee Factory is definitely worth a stop!"

"Visited for a caffeine break. The queue was at least 30 minutes so I thought why not go all out and make it worth the wait by ordering 3 signature drinks. My favourite was Phayathai, refreshing with a unique aftertaste that even non-coffee drinkers like me can enjoy, followed by Mrs Cold, suitable for most coffee drinkers as recommended by the staff, and then Moscow served in a skull-shaped glass, easy to drink but too creamy for my taste. We also grabbed 6 bottles of cold brew thanks to their buy 5 get 1 free promotion. The space is industrial and spacious, making it a nice spot to slow down."
