"Best Starbucks ever😍👍🏻 The atmosphere is the best. There are so many pretty tumblers and cups. The food and drinks are very varied👍🏻 And the service is excellent. My daughter accidentally dropped her tea order, and the staffs immediately helped clean it up. They even replaced the tea with a new one. I was very touched by the staff's service. Thank you so much, kind people. God bless you🙏🏻"
"A large four storey building with things to see in every corner! There’s the cafe/bakery floor, Teavana floor (which no longer exists in the US and other countries or so I’ve heard) etc. The roasting machine will be used quite regularly so you get to watch the beans in action. I tried it in the NYC (Chelsea) roastery too but the whiskey barrel aged cold brew is still hands down my favourite and best drink I’ve had at a Starbucks and can rave about it all day long - it’s amazing for both coffee drinkers and whiskey drinkers (no alcohol in the cold brew). The food is different from your regular Starbucks as well and is freshly made so it just compliments all the drinks. Lastly I would recommend trying the flights of coffee. Despite being a coffee lover, I never understood about the notes and flavours until having been able to compare them side by side. The baristas explain the various methods that they use to extract coffee and how it changes the texture and flavour profile. The merch area is also full of lovely items including Tokyo only merch as well as Toastery merch. Would recommend going on a weekday as the weekends are very busy and sometimes require a ticket (free) to enter. Highly recommend for Starbucks and/or coffee lovers!"
"First things first: scan the QR code before going inside. You absolutely need to do this. You can scan it outside, and there’s also an app you can use. Expect at least a 20-minute wait just to get in—that’s exactly what I experienced. I ended up trying a drink from each floor because I was curious. On the first floor, I got a chocolate latte-style drink, and it took almost 30 minutes to come out. On the second floor, I tried one of their seasonal teas, which was really nice. Seating on the first and second floors is pretty limited, so if you actually want a place to sit, go up to the third or fourth floor—there’s much more space up there. The building itself is huge and beautiful, and it definitely feels like an “experience” Starbucks. You can also scan a QR code to see the drink menu for each level, which is really helpful because each floor has its own specialty. The prices are higher than a normal Starbucks, but that’s expected here. They have Wi-Fi, card payment, and plenty of staff around to help with directions or questions. The wait times are long—both for entering and for the drinks—but the overall atmosphere and views make it worth it. I definitely recommend coming here at least once, just be prepared for the wait and take your time exploring each floor. It’s a fun, unique spot to visit."
"This is the second Starbucks Roastery Reserve that I have visited. And in my opinion this is much much better than the one in Milan. It has multiple stories with a dedicated level for tea. The outdoor seatings on the third level is awesome because you can see the Meguro river just below it. The surrounding neighborhood feels very nice and calm. Really recommend to visit this place at least one time. Staffs were also very very polite and helpful."
"I love this place, it's totally different than other Starbucks. Store is huge they have 3 floors and terrace, but always packed. So busy here, but I understand why people come here. Variation of food items can't compare to others. Staffs are so kind. Definitely coming back again."
