"This shop opened in October and serves delicious coffee! I've been there a few times, and the staff are always friendly. I can compare different coffees and choose the one that best suits my taste. It's always a fun coffee experience. Another great thing is that they're open from 7:00 AM. Their morning coffee paired with croissants is also great! 🥐"
"I visited Katsunuma, Yamanashi, a city famous for its wine production, after hearing that an authentic, in-house roasting coffee stand had opened. The shop is surrounded by vast vineyards and has wine barrels on display inside, creating a unique Katsunuma atmosphere. I tried the specialty coffee, which was surprisingly fruity with a deep flavor like a fine wine. The staff were happy to explain the beans to me in detail, so even coffee novices would find it easy to enjoy. It looks like it will be an essential spot for refreshing yourself between winery tours!"
""Best views and the finest barista work" Amid the open scenery typical of Katsunuma, the coffee served here is of exceptionally "urban and sophisticated" quality. The consistency of the extraction and the cleanliness of the cups served demonstrate the baristas' deep training in their craft. The delicate aroma of the coffee can be enjoyed so purely in the air filled with the rich aroma of grapes, thanks to their meticulous attention to extraction. This is a renowned coffee shop that we can confidently recommend to coffee lovers seeking an authentic cup of coffee."
"I had some time before going grape picking, so I looked for a nearby cafe and found this one. The very simple, pure white noren curtain made an impression on me. The staff were very friendly and we had a great time chatting! The coffee was also delicious, and I'd definitely like to stop by again if I visit Yamanashi again."
""A café where you can experience Katsunuma's terroir" A 360-degree view of vineyards! This is a wonderful place where you can have the unique Katsunuma scenery all to yourself. The contrast between the bitterness of the carefully brewed coffee and the idyllic scenery outside the window is exquisite. I was able to fully experience the atmosphere unique to a grape-growing region. I would like to return in a different season."
