"So let me get started by saying this was honestly a terrible experience and NOT because of the food. The food was alright, but the only food complaint was the chicken empanada. It was flimsy, squishy and cold, so was the pan de bono. Let me get onto the REAL complaint!! The worker Lally she was the rudest worker had an attitude the whole time and the food took around 20 mins to come out. And when it came out, all the food was on a piece of carton not a plate. I ended up accidentally dropping my empanada on the dirty tray! So we asked for a replacement and Lally said “no, I would have to charge you” and you know that’s fine but the way she said it was disrespectful. We felt sad and frustrated we feel it’s not fair since service is a big part in the industry. Over all do not recommend this place and feel disappointed."

"Ordered from JV while visiting Disney because our hotel coffee was heinous and I was psyched to discover they have arepas and empanadas. Can’t get those where I’m from! Both of which were awesome. Coffee, latte and chai were also amazing—heck with Starbucks or anywhere else this is the place to go. Wish we had one in Colorado!"
